I'm Gaynor, the face behind Waterloo Plasma.
At Waterloo Plasma, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for my clients. I am an experienced and certified professional who is passionate about delivering the best plasma fibroblast wrinkle treatment. I specialize in achieving maximum results with the least amount of downtime. I use state-of-the-art technology to provide the safest and most effective treatments which are tailored to the individual needs of my clients.
This has also been a skin journey for me, as I embrace the forefront of technology and science within beauty, incorporating specialised serums and techniques into my work. Personally, I am 56 and feel fantastic with the quality and texture of my skin and I cannot wait to continue improving and removing those lines and wrinkles!
I love and appreciate the Waterloo Plasma community that has built up over the years, and seeing the change in people as they fall in love with their faces.

I had the full eye package at Waterloo plasma ten days ago, Gaynor was so nice and put me at ease after chatting for a few minutes I felt like I had known her for ages, she explained the treatment very well and certainly seems to know her stuff, the treatment room itself was beautiful and intimate and very relaxing, throughout the treatment we chatted and before I knew it it was finished, Gaynor talked me through the aftercare and gave me a care sheet she also reassured me I could message her at any time and asked for progress photos which I could send either every day or every few days, the difference in my eyes from my before video to only ten days after treatment is amazing! Gaynor is an expert in her field of work. From the moment you meet her she puts you at ease and provides you with all necessary information in your first meeting prior to the appointment and at your appointment. The clinic is clean and Gaynor will make you feel as comfortable as possible during your procedure, numbing cream is applied and Gaynor is patient and calming during the procedure. The aftercare from Gaynor is also incredible as you will send her daily photos with your progress then weekly. She'll compare the photos so you can really see the difference!! I had the plasma eye package with Gaynor and really happy with the results. I had a consultation before hand and all my questions about the treatment were answered and I had quite a few. My mind was put at ease after speaking to her as I was in two minds to have the treatment but so glad I did. My eyelids were hooded and very crapey thin skin, they are now so much tighter. My under eyes and crows feet area are also tighter and skin is smoother. I think I would like to get my lids done again as I knew before the treatment they may need a second fibroblast.
Can't fault after care with follow up texts and pictures how it was healing, by day 9 all dots had fallen off and no problems.
Would definitely recommend Gaynor if you are considering Fibroblast you are in safe hands. Will be getting more treatment in the future.
